1. High density polyethylene (HDPE)

Molecular chain is linear structure, high crystallinity, strong rigidity, chemical corrosion resistance, excellent barrier performance, is the most widely used general polyethylene category.

• Core Grade Direction: covering the whole series of blow molding grade, injection molding grade, wire drawing grade and extrusion grade, suitable for processing scenes such as hollow containers, pipe fittings, woven bags, plates, etc;
• Typical Applications: chemical barrels, daily chemical bottles, logistics turnover boxes, water supply and drainage pipes, geogrid, woven bags/ropes, daily injection molding products, etc., suitable for industrial and civil scenes requiring strength and corrosion resistance.

2. Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE)

Adopts high-pressure polymerization process, the molecular chain has a large number of long-chain branches, soft texture, high transparency, good heat sealing, and excellent processing fluidity.

• Core Grade Direction: film grade, coating grade, suitable for all kinds of soft packaging, extrusion coating, injection molding soft products processing;
• Typical Applications: Food packaging film, fresh-keeping film, lining bag, plastic flexible packaging, cable insulation layer, extrusion coating layer, soft daily products, etc., suitable for softness, transparency, heat sealing performance requirements of the scene.

3. Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE)

Is a linear structure, the branched chain is uniform and short, with both strength and flexibility, puncture resistance, tear resistance, and environmental stress cracking resistance.

• Core Grade Direction: mainly film grade, covering general-purpose film, heavy coating film, agricultural film, winding film and other special brands;
• Typical Applications: Heavy-duty packaging film, stretch wrapping film, agricultural mulch film, garbage bag, cold chain packaging film, flexible pipe, etc., suitable for packaging and agricultural scenes with high requirements for toughness and puncture resistance.
