SICHUAN-EUROPE INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "SEIT" ) was established on September 28, 2022. It is a joint venture between Sichuan Foreign Trade Group Co., Ltd. (holding 60%) and Sichuan Liangang Bonded Service Co., Ltd. (holding 40%), with a fully paid-up registered capital of RMB 20 million. SEIT is the first state-owned professional foreign trade enterprise in Ziyang City.

Leveraging the decades-long global network and supply chain integration capabilities of Sichuan Foreign Trade Group, the company connects provincial and municipal advantages in industries such as new energy vehicles, medical devices, and agricultural products. SEIT has built an integrated industry-and-trade system combining manufacturing support, import and export trade, and cross-border e-commerce. Its business covers electric two/three-wheelers, small agricultural and electromechanical machinery, medical equipment, consumer goods, and agricultural products. Its global trading network spans dozens of countries across Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, Europe, North America, and along the "Belt and Road" initiative, forming a balanced dual-track system for both imports and exports.

The company operates under a modern state-owned enterprise governance structure, including the Shareholders' Meeting, Party Branch, Board of Directors, and Management Team. It consists of multiple functional units: Business Departments, General Administrative Department, Financial Management Department, Legal & Risk Control Department, and Operational Management Department. The professional team brings together expertise in international trade, foreign languages, finance, law, and cross-border operations.

Since its establishment, SEIT International has achieved a cumulative operating revenue of RMB 405.65 million and a total customs import/export volume of RMB 417.69 million (as of December 2025). Based in Sichuan and aligned with the Group's strategy, the company focuses on industry-trade integration, partnering with manufacturers to build a comprehensive foreign trade service platform that helps "Made in Sichuan" products reach global markets.

2001

Sichuan Foreign Trade Group Co., Ltd. was formally established, integrating a number of old provincial state-owned import and export companies in Sichuan, becoming a key foreign trade state-owned enterprise in Sichuan Province, coordinating the province's state-owned foreign trade resources, and undertaking the core mission of Sichuan's opening up and commodity import and export.
2010

The group's overseas market territory continues to expand, deeply ploughing the core markets of Africa, Southeast Asia and Europe; the group's annual import and export volume exceeded 0.8 billion US dollars, building three stable import and export business sectors of mechanical and electrical equipment, light industrial products and characteristic agricultural products.
2020

Group seized the opportunity of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle, and made efforts to export new energy vehicles and textile fabrics. Build an integrated enabling platform for industry and trade, serve hundreds of manufacturing enterprises in the province to open up overseas markets, and the annual import and export scale exceeded US $2.5 billion.
2022

Sichuan Europe International Trade Co., Ltd. completed industrial and commercial registration. It is a joint venture between the provincial state-owned enterprise Sichuan Foreign Trade Group holding 60% and the ziyang state-owned enterprise Sichuan Liangang Bonded Service Co., Ltd. holding 40%. It is the first specialized foreign trade platform with state-owned assets background in ziyang. In October, it was officially inaugurated and operated to undertake the opening-up strategy at the provincial and municipal levels to fill the gap in the integration of local industry and trade in Ziyang.
2023

The registered capital of 20 million yuan paid in full; Complete the customs import and export management right, foreign exchange list, export tax rebate full set of qualifications for the record. Establish core export tracks for electric two-wheeled/three-wheeled motorcycles, agricultural machinery, agricultural and sideline products, initially open up African overseas markets such as Nigeria, and build a one-stop foreign trade service system for customs declaration, international logistics and foreign exchange collection.
2024

Overseas customer channels continue to expand, batch to carry out electric vehicle, textile fabric export business; December completed the first single market procurement trade model in Sichuan fresh fruit (Anyue lemon) export, to achieve a new breakthrough in the export of agricultural products, the formal formation of "industrial products to sea characteristics of agricultural products import and export" two-way trade prototype. Simultaneous exploration of vehicle, SKD parts two export programs.
2025

A branch office in Chengdu was set up to set up a window for foreign business operations. Continue to expand the scale of business in the African market and optimize the cross-border supply chain support. In-depth linkage with manufacturing enterprises in Central Sichuan, enabling local factory products to go to sea, and the scale of two-way import and export business has grown steadily.
2026

Continued to cultivate the African market, electric vehicles, textile fabrics export business volume growth, improve the import and export industry chain of agricultural products, continue to play the advantages of provincial and municipal state-owned enterprises, and strive to build a benchmark state-owned comprehensive foreign trade service provider in the central Sichuan region.
